Our Commitment to Safe Delivery
Keystone Games is committed to shipping all orders with the utmost care and attention. Orders will be shipped via the method selected by the customer at checkout.
Shipping Timeframes (Estimates)
Any shipping timeframes shown on our website (including at checkout) are estimates and are based on delivery timeframes provided by the shipping carrier. Actual delivery dates may vary due to factors outside of our control, including (but not limited to) carrier delays, weather, service disruptions, or other shipping network issues.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed in the order they are received and are typically shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed. Processing times may be extended due to complications such as store closures, manufacturer delays (including for pre-orders), inventory or allocation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Method Optimization
To provide the best value to our customers, Keystone Games reserves the right to utilize alternative shipping carriers when doing so will not delay the estimated delivery date or reduce the insurance coverage provided, or in instances where shipping fees charged will not cover the cost of the shipping method selected by the customer. Any substitutions will maintain or exceed the service level originally selected as much as possible. All shipping substitutions will be communicated to the customer and the customer will be given the opportunity to accept the change or cancel the order at that time.
Shipping Options
- Expedited Shipping: Includes full tracking and insurance coverage for your protection.
- Standard/Economy Shipping: Represents our most cost-effective shipping option. Please note that standard and economy shipping methods may offer limited or no insurance coverage and may not include tracking information. By selecting these options, customers acknowledge these limitations.
Insurance Claims and Liability
In the event of shipping damage or loss, customers are responsible for filing insurance claims directly with the shipping carrier and providing all required documentation. Keystone Games will provide reasonable assistance throughout the claims process, including necessary order documentation and support.
Please note that Keystone Games cannot accept returns or issue refunds for shipping-related issues, including lost, damaged, or delayed packages. We strongly recommend selecting insured shipping options for high-value orders.
